Patent Agent Examination 2012

This blog is being created to help Aspirants of  Patent Agent Exam.

The Current Scenario

Patent Agent Exam is was conducted yearly twice till 2008 by the Ministry of commerce,  Government of India. Then from 2010 and 2011 it was conducted in January i.e. Yearly Once.

Till Date the dates for 2012 exams are not announced.

Who should write the Patent Agent Exam?

 The eligibility  Criteria for writing the patent agent exam are 

• Indian Citizen
• Should posses Science or Engineering Graduation
• Should be 21 years of age.

Other Than that, If you satisfy the above criteria and

• Need a change
• Bored with repetitive work
• Want to expand your Knowledge
• Have a craze for New technology
• Have new Ideas
• Have the Potential to Invent

satisfy any one of the above you should try for the patent agent exam.
